360 SafeHome Inspections offers Property Condition Inspection Services for all types of commercial buildings, including but not limited to:

• Shopping Malls and Retail Stores
• Hotels/Motels

The Commercial Property Condition Inspections are performed in accordance with the ASTM E2018-15 standards and cover the following systems and major components:

• Roofing system
• Exterior wall cladding system
• Exterior doors and windows
• Site components, including but not limited to, walkways, driveways, parking areas, curbing, fencing, and retaining walls
• Building structure
• Plumbing system
• Electrical system
• Heating system
• Ventilation system
• Air conditioning system
• Interior components

We will inspect the current physical condition of the subject property and identify major deficiencies that could affect its safety, functionality, or value. However, we will not provide repair cost estimates, as this is not permitted by our association.

Items excluded from the Commercial Property Condition Inspection include, but are not limited to, fire protection and life safety systems, fire regulation compliance, security systems, elevators and escalators, and building code and municipal bylaw compliance.

No comment is offered on any environmental issues, including, but not limited to, underground storage tanks, mold, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, radon gas or polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
